- Warranty of Goods/Services
- All products sold by Mega Aire will serve its intended purpose.
- All extended warranty by Mega Aire shall be purchased along with OUR SERVICING PACKAGE.
- Terms of warranty
- All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services provided, unless stated longer duration by manufacturer.
- Prices
- All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Payment Processing
- We only accept cash, local cheque, bank transfer, PayNow and credit card payments. Credit card payment is subject to availability.
- Confirmation of Orders
- Upon confirming the product an electronic acknowledgement will be send to the customer within 24 hours.
- If goods orders are unavailable an electronic acknowledgement will be sent to customer for their further action.
- Delivery mode
- The Delivery service is applicable to Singapore addresses only and goods orders will be delivered made to the address you provide on the Billing Form.
- Any changes of address can be arranged at our discretion and you may incur an additional fee.
- Cancellation of order
- We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
- Exchange & Refund
- All goods sold are non-refundable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
